My favourite volunteer work is with seniors and friends with special needs to help them stay active, fulfilled, and connected to their community through work, activities, and personal time.  However, putting my communications and event skills to use, I volunteer for and organize many community events such as hockey tournaments, etc.

  • Development and management of all components of events with budgets from $5,000 to $5 million, which included world-renowned tournaments, conferences and other events
  • Ability to work within diplomatic and academic structures, demonstrated by working with people, including high-profile attendees, NHL players, the Prime Minister, IOC members, Olympians, etc.
